(starting Aug. 3): Every year Whistler hosts an
exciting series of musical acts representing a
variety of genres in the Whistler Olympic Plaza.

Wanderlust Whistler (Aug. 3 – 6): Attend
an enlightening gathering of the world’s
leading yoga teachers: yoga and meditation,
speakeasy lectures, outdoor activities, food
and markets as well as music and outdoor
Crankworx Freeride Mountain Bike Festival
(Aug. 11 – 20): This premier mountain bike
event features freeride competitions, pro riding
demos, mountain biking movie premieres and
awesome music with bands and DJs from

Sea to Sky, All-British Car Rally (Sept. 23):
One of the last British car runs of the season,
this day gives participants the opportunity to
drive the Sea to Sky Highway from Vancouver
to Whistler, where the cars are displayed in the
Olympic Plaza from 11: 30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Whistler Writers Festival (Oct. 11 – 15):
Celebrating the written word, it is a chance
to meet renowned Canadian authors, listen
to dynamic speakers’ panels and attend
workshops, reading events, evenings of music
and engaging conversation.
Fungus Among Us Mushroom Festival
(Oct. 13 — 14): Presented by the Whistler
Naturalists Society, this two-day event includes
presentations and guided walks by experts in
this field, as well as a gourmet wild mushroom
tasting on Saturday!
Pemberton Slow Food Cycle Sunday (Aug.
20): A pedal-powered trip through the natural
buffet that is Pemberton Meadows farmland
allows you to meet local growers and sample
produce fresh from the field. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Artwalk (Sept. 1 – Dec. 8): Explore and shop!
Discover Whistler’s distinctive arts scene as
you explore pop-up galleries throughout the
village. Shop like a local and meet Whistler’s
business owners and resident artists.

RBC GranFondo Whistler (Sept. 9): This epic
122 km route begins in downtown Vancouver
and proceeds up the stunning Sea to Sky
Highway to a hero’s welcome in Whistler.
